The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast options were mostly processed and not satisfying. We loved spotting gators in the lake, but the gym needs serious attention. it was a decent stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and super comfy. Loved the air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and coffee maker. Breakfast had a good selection, though some items weren't great. The staff were welcoming and kept everything stocked. The fitness center was nice too, and we even spotted some gators in the lake nearby.

The heating and air conditioning system seemed a bit outdated and struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. We had to fiddle with the controls to try to get it just right, but it never quite seemed to work properly. the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a bit disappointing, especially for those early morning caffeine fixes. the room did have a nice sitting area where we could relax after a long day of exploring. The flat-screen TV provided some entertainment, although the carpeted floor seemed a bit worn and could use a refresh. We took advantage of the dry cleaning service offered, which was convenient, but the housekeeping could have been more thorough. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, but I noticed that the amenities in the bathroom were not always restocked during our stay.

Kids running around and moving furniture made it impossible to relax. When I suggested they keep families on lower floors, the front desk lady got really defensive. So frustrating!

This place is just a quick 5-minute drive from Savannah airport, making it super convenient for weekend getaways, and with a fantastic array of restaurants nearby like Sam Snead's Oak Grill, just a short 5-minute walk away, and even more options within a 10-minute drive, there’s plenty to satisfy your cravings; plus, we enjoyed our clean room with comfortable beds and a great view of the lake and golf course every morning, even though the TV could use a bit of an upgrade, but overall, the welcoming and friendly staff definitely made our stay a delight!

The first-floor room was convenient, but the thin walls made privacy an issue. the staff were attentive; they even helped track down a pillow we left behind, ensuring it arrived in perfect condition. It’s clear that while comfort elements exist, soundproofing needs attention.

Crossed into Georgia and was greeted with “Beware of Alligators. ” A smart signpost before checking in. The staff was friendly and efficient; check-in was smooth. Room 308 was comfortable with two queen beds and the usual amenities: good WiFi, flat-screen TV, fridge, and a microwave. first impressions matter. A missing corner bead exposed upon entry set a negative tone. The A/C unit disappointed; no fan option without running the compressor. Stains on the carpet and debris outside the door raised concerns about cleanliness. Convenient location near the airport and a decent breakfast layout, though wrapped in plastic. Staff attentive, but the room needs serious maintenance. A mixed experience overall.

The hotel is so cozy and cute, plus it's super close to the airport. The breakfast wasn't the best, but the bed was unbelievably comfy. Also, the staff was kind, even though a bit disorganized with stocking breakfast. Would stay again for sure!
