I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The top floor city view was breathtaking, allowing me to enjoy a beautiful sunset and even see a storm in the distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with climate controls that kept the temperature just right. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the convention center and conveniently located near a variety of cafes, restaurants, and bars. The staff provided excellent customer service, always greeting me with a warm welcome and going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

Additionally, Mikkie efficiently handled our vehicle, ensuring quick parking and retrieval. We were also impressed by the hotel's response to the impending winter storm, allowing us a late checkout and refund for our remaining days. Many others attending the conference had similar experiences, proving their commitment to excellent customer service. The location was ideal, with restaurants within walking distance, and affordable self-parking made transportation convenient. Not to mention, the newly renovated rooms were a refreshing touch.

I was able to get in a great workout during my stay.

The meeting facilities at the Marriott were large and spacious, perfect for our needs. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, making our check-in process smooth and easy. The location was convenient, with a covered walkway connecting the parking garage to the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the lavender pillow spray that helped me sleep peacefully. Despite the ongoing renovations, the makeshift front desk did not cause any inconvenience.

I recently stayed at the Marriott in Winston-Salem for my brother's graduation. Despite a tropical storm, the staff went above and beyond to help us. The restaurant's food and service were exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel, along with the comfortable bed and beautiful shower, made for a great stay. I was also pleased with the perfect room temperature.

Had a blast staying at this hotel during my new year celebrations. the staff here are amazing and went above and beyond to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. the complementary breakfast was just what I needed to start each day on a high note. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it super easy to get to all the great restaurants and shops in the area. the icing on the cake was the stunning view from my room window that overlooked the city skyline.

I found myself wanting more options to choose from for dinner.

Convenient location, friendly staff, modern and clean room, comfortable bed with pleasant scent, and on-site amenities such as Starbucks and bar/restaurant were appreciated.
