We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Buffalo. Our purpose was to visit the Niagara Falls , and the hotel's location was perfect for that. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a lovely view of the river. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had a great selection, including options for those with food intolerances. Free parking and a bar with Starbucks coffee were also a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff went out of their way to help and the hotel had excellent facilities, including a pool and fitness area that required reservations due to limited capacity. The rooms were very clean and the hotel had ample parking. Its location was convenient, close to the highway but still quiet. The top floor rooms had a lovely view of a pond with ducks. The value for the price was excellent, with comfortable beds, quiet rooms, and a small bar area for relaxing in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful.
