The hotel staff was extremely professional and courteous, going the extra mile to ensure a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with great water pressure. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic about my dogs.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo! I was in Harrisburg for the Purdue/Penn State game and the entire staff made my visit exceptional. Despite my son's team losing , the hotel made my stay worth it. The beautiful executive king room was perfect for me, and next time I'll try a suite with a sofa bed for even more space. The location was great, and the hotel was clean with a nice-sized pool. Thank you to all at Hotel Indigo!

I booked 2 rooms for our Christmas getaway, but upon arrival, they only had one room available. It was such a hassle and inconvenience for our family. On top of that, the room smelled weird and the bathroom had no toilet paper or a fresh bar of soap.

The worst part was that there was no water in the morning, making it impossible for us to take a shower or even brush our teeth. We had also booked a shuttle service for a wedding, but it was delayed and we had to stop for gas because the vehicle was empty.

Located just a stone's throw from the turnpike, and conveniently near shopping centers and restaurants, this hotel provides everything that one could need. Also, it's proximal to Hershey Park.

The staff's response time to redress concerns seems to be slow.

I stayed for three nights and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is conveniently located about 20 minutes away from Hershey Park and Casino, with a Bob Evans right next door and a little outdoor shopping mall across the street. I was pleasantly surprised to find Harbor Freight just next to the hotel as well. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The property itself was clean, modern, and exceeded my expectations.
