This hotel is incredibly convenient, situated just a short 5 to 7 minute drive from the airport, making it perfect for travelers like me who have early morning flights or are in transit, and I found it especially great to have a tasty restaurant on the 6th floor for easy dining without needing a car; the staff were super friendly and helpful, and my room was nice and clean. However, I did notice the bathroom area could use some attention as water overflowed outside the door.

Comfortable, clean, and conveniently located next to the airport. If you enjoy watching airplanes, this place is ideal. The staff at reception were exceptional and the shuttle service was prompt. the experience quickly soured with frequent fire alarms disturbing the night. The restaurant, unfortunately, fell short—raw food isn’t acceptable, and a correction is needed. Plus, I encountered issues retrieving a forgotten charger; communication could be improved. The bathroom design needs rethinking, as it overflowed. There's potential, but significant adjustments are vital to deliver a consistently rewarding experience. I hesitate to return under these circumstances, despite previous positive encounters.

Unfortunately, issues like a cold shower, a bathroom door that wouldn’t close, and a rude response about loud pool music disrupted my stay. Despite these bumps, the staff's warmth and attentiveness shone through, making me feel safe and cared for. A chaotic cab situation to the airport added stress, but I made my flight just in time.

The staff was incredibly rude, especially this guy named Antuan at the front desk. He wouldn't help with my phone charger and made me feel so unwelcome. I just wanted assistance and got nothing but arrogance in return.

The sports bar with karaoke was a blast! Great spot for my Miami trip. Enjoyed the outdoor pool, free parking, and fitness center. The event space was a bonus for my needs.

The separate shower and toilet setup had stylish amenities, but the bathroom layout lacked privacy. Noise from the planes was noticeable, which is expected, yet it didn't disrupt my sleep entirely. Temperature control was efficient, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Staff at the reception were friendly, making check-in a breeze. the absence of basic coffee supplies and the alarm that went off early detracted from the overall comfort experience.

The room also had a flat, screen TV, which was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring the area. The staff at check, in were friendly and provided a warm welcome, which was a nice touch. On the downside, there were some issues that affected our overall stay. the room we booked was supposed to be handicap accessible for my twin brother, who is paralyzed from the waist down. upon arrival, we found that the room did not have the necessary amenities such as rails in the toilet area or a shower bench. This made it difficult for my brother to maneuver around the room safely. the presence of someone else's hair in the bathroom area was off, putting and seemed like a lapse in the cleanliness standards. The sound of airplanes could be heard in the room, and during a storm, the TV connection went out, which was inconvenient.
