staff barged in during checkout time when I was still in the room. breakfast doors were closed too soon, leaving some guests hanging.

Our stay was fantastic! We loved the location, just a stone's throw from two major outlet malls and a short drive from the popular Universal parks. The room was spacious, modern, and well-designed, making it a comfortable stay. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide selection of options. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home.

The shuttle bus service that was shared with other hotels, which could use some improvement.

The room had a stay-in shower, but the front desk kindly upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite with a tub. The room was cozy with a kitchen and living room. Cleanliness was good, just needed to wipe the stove and fridge. The H bar served delicious food and breakfast was a buffet. The hotel never felt crowded, even during spring break. a great experience.

Overpriced parking.

The hotel had a modern and clean appearance, which was definitely a plus. the staff in the breakfast area were friendly and helpful, especially the lady who cleared the plates.

The front desk service was awful. I had requested an early check, in, but the front desk lady kept saying the room wasn't ready and didn't bother to update me.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt House for a week-long vacation to Universal Studios. The staff was fantastic and the rooms were spacious and clean. I loved having a kitchen with a refrigerator and stovetop, and the separate TV and sofa area was a nice touch. The breakfast staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary restrictions. The location was excellent, just a short walk to Universal. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this hotel to be close to Universal Studios. Free shuttles travel from the hotel to the park every day, and if you want more flexibility with the schedule, Universal Studios is only a 20min walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. The rooms are very clean, modern looking and very comfortable. The staff is very nice. Breakfast changes every morning and is delicious, with a lot of options available to accomodate all tastes. We would definitely recommend staying there if you plan a trip to Universal Studios!
