The swimming pool was great in the Fergana heat. Clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms. Helpful receptionist. Impressive garden with beautiful flowers, plants, and trees. Cleanliness and nice staff. Indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and delicious breakfast.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

This hotel is located right in the center of town, making it convenient for exploring. The reception staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning and king-size beds. The bathrooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer and shampoo. The breakfast buffet was decent and there was a restaurant on-site with good food. The hotel also had pleasant gardens and a pool.

There were some ongoing construction works during my stay which was a bit disruptive.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect right in the center of the city. The service was exceptional, with room service available and a friendly and helpful staff. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a beautiful garden where we enjoyed our morning coffee and listened to the birds singing. The indoor and outdoor pools were a great way to relax, and we loved using the sauna after a long day of exploring.

We highly recommend this place to our friends.

Clean and spacious room, with comfortable bed and excellent service from staff. the restaurant on-site served tasty food and the breakfast spread had a decent variety. the location was also convenient, close to several restaurants and shops.

The hotel's facilities could use some updating, as some of the furnishings and decor seemed old and tired. the Wi-Fi signal was not very strong and there were only a few places in the hotel where it was available.
