The location of the hotel was perfect, situated right next to Tashkent City Park. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The gym and pool area were impressive and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

This hotel had amazing service! the breakfast was delicious and offered complimentary coffee and tea. the location was perfect as it was walking distance to many local attractions. the hotel room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the city. I also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and comfortable bed.

That the security guards could improve their behavior towards guests. They seemed to be more focused on controlling guests rather than providing a friendly atmosphere.

the Spa and wellness centre was exceptional, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room. the massage service was also fantastic and helped me relax after a long day. the restaurant served delicious breakfast with a variety of foods, and the poolside snack bar was ideal for refreshing drinks.

Though it provided solarium facilities, there were not enough sun loungers available.
