We had a great stay at a conveniently located hotel next to a shopping center. The breakfast was delicious and included in our room price. The Wi-Fi was also a nice bonus. One drawback was that we had to wait for our room to be ready past the check-in time, without any updates or apologies. Additionally, the morning noise from street traffic and pipes in other rooms was a bit bothersome. However, overall I would still recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect - right next to a Shopping Center and close to everything in Caracas. The proximity to the Shopping Center offers convenience and entertainment options. Plus, the fact that it is close to everything in the city means you won't have to travel far to explore the attractions. And if you're someone who wants to be close to the beach, this hotel is a great choice.

This hotel is a great choice for those who value luxury and convenience. The exclusive amenities, including the spa and wellness centre, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool, fulfilled all of my needs. The treatment rooms are incredibly spacious, and the massages and body scrubs were relaxing and effective. Additionally, the restaurant offers an extensive buffet breakfast that caters to all dietary needs.

The only minor downside to this venue is the morning noise, as the street traffic and pipe noises can be heard during the early hours. However, this inconvenience is outweighed by the hotel's ideal location, which is adjacent to a shopping centre and in proximity to all of the city's attractions.

I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with many shops nearby and it feels very safe. It's also very convenient to get around the city, with everything in Caracas easily accessible. Plus, being next to a Shopping Center is a great advantage. The room is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The service is great, with a helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious and included in the price. The wifi is also included, which is a bonus.

It can be a bit noisy in the morning due to the street traffic and pipe noises from other rooms.

Spent Christmas at a hotel which had excellent breakfast and free Wi-Fi included in the room rates. the key location adjacent to a major shopping mall which was perfect for last-minute shopping needs was impressive. Being close to everything in the area was a cherry on top.

My room was not ready till 4 pm which was postponed twice, firstly from 1:30 and then from 3 pm. Nobody kept me informed or offered me any compensation during this inconvenience.
