Ideal location, close to shops. Comfortable and spacious rooms with a touch of luxury. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well-maintained. Comfy beds, though pillows could be better.

Great location near shopping centers and the metro station. The modern and clean rooms were very comfortable. The staff, although limited English speakers, were willing to help. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is great, right in the heart of the city and walking distance to shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable which is important when traveling.

The front desk staff did not speak English and seemed uninterested in helping us. There was a lack of amenities such as coffee/tea facilities and hair dryers in the rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, as it is situated in a commercial area with plenty of shops and services nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help us. The room was spacious, clean, and luxurious with comfortable beds. The hotel also offered great room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour housekeeping, which made our stay even more convenient and comfortable.

Families will definitely appreciate this hotel.
