Had an amazing thanksgiving stay and the service was ace! Two complementary treats were offered and their central location let us hit sites all over the city. Spectacular views from the rooms. Wifi was great!

While the room was great and the staff super helpful, the pool could use an upgrade. And the complimentary breakfast was a little lackluster.

This venue offers breathtaking views from the room, and an outstanding service with attentive and polite staff. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with luxurious and exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, and Sun loungers. There is also an excellent restaurant and bar/lounge area that fulfills all of your needs. The location advantages are numerous, situated in a prime location with easy access to public transport, shops and other attractions.

Although everything was perfect, sometimes the live entertainment was a little bit too loud for my taste.

The friendly staff make you feel welcome and are always willing to assist. Additionally, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast, with a variety of traditional Venezuelan dishes to choose from.

There was one negative aspect regarding the internet connection, which was not readily available in every room.
