The location was central and convenient. Staff went above and beyond. Tours and phone charger assistance. Front of house staff, cleaning staff, and wait staff were exceptional. Special thanks to Hannah and Nathan for being friendly and making new Insta pals. Lovely staff, good bed, awesome location. Great food, unbelievable breakfast. Café downstairs is perfect.

The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. They immediately offered to change my room when it was too loud and the bath was broken. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main tourist attractions in the city. The hotel had great facilities, including an on-site gym, pool, and recreation area. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the breakfast provided was delicious. Moreover, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and special.

I had an amazing time staying at A&Em Saigon Hotel. The location couldn't have been better, with great food markets just opposite the hotel and a vibrant night market nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast had enough choices to satisfy me, and I even enjoyed a refreshing swim in the small rooftop pool. a fantastic experience!

There were some high-pressure tour pitches at check-in, which was a bit overwhelming.

we had a great stay at A & Em hotel. the staff, especially Hana, were incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with last-minute transfers. the hotel had a lovely pool area overlooking the city and a fantastic foot massage spa in the lobby. Our room was perfect and we loved the AC system. the restaurant, although external to the hotel, had a great variety of international dishes. one of the best hotel choices in the past two years.
