The ocean view from the comfortable room was incredible! Staff were nice, LOVED the pool with a view. Would go back! Photos don't do justice to the beauty.

I chose this hotel for a work brainstorming session due to its excellent event facilities including a conference center and meeting rooms. the staff was accommodating and the location was convenient for both business and leisure activities.

The room was fantastic! It had an amazing ocean view that took my breath away. Sitting on the balcony with a drink and watching the sunset was just pure bliss. the large size of the room was a bonus, making it super comfortable to relax in. Definitely a highlight of the trip!

The balcony doors didn't lock, which felt a bit concerning for privacy.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and good amenities. the pool and beach area were stunning and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere for sunbathing and swimming. the hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.

Although the staff was polite, there were some communication barriers and occasional mistakes with service. the food quality was average and there was limited variety, with some dishes being quite expensive.

The upgrade to an Ocean View room on the 6th floor was a great surprise. The staff, especially Ms Shana, were very helpful and provided excellent service. The hotel's private beach was a nice highlight. The hotel amenities, including the pool and garden, were beautiful. The food served was also delicious. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location of this place is amazing, being right on the beach. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the beautiful ocean view from our balcony. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a huge and cozy bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed.
