From the moment we arrived, they quickly confirmed our reservation and made us feel welcome with a refreshing welcome drink. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as a mini-bar, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a wide range of facilities, including a spa & wellness center where we enjoyed a relaxing full body massage. the staff's excellent service and the hotel's convenient location made our stay here truly enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city. I could easily walk to all the attractions and even take a trip to Ha Long Bay for 2 nights.
