The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The room was clean and well-lit, with ample space and seating. Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. There was an unpleasant sewage odor that persisted despite multiple complaints. Noise from the hallway disrupted my sleep early in the morning. The bathroom showed signs of wear, with leaking shower doors and some lingering smells. the attention to detail could be improved.

I had a terrible experience with the management. Even worse, they later tried to double charge me for a fee that was already included. So frustrating!

The staff was super friendly and always ready to help. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, plus the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions.

Location is prime for exploring the city. Check-in was chaotic and our room keys didn't work. Great bike tours around the area. the fridge was half full of drinks; we didn't use them, but it felt odd. Staff was friendly when we mentioned it, though.

This hotel is an absolute gem for anyone who loves walking around a city, as it is just a little over a mile from iconic spots like the French Quarter and the National WWII Museum, making it super easy to soak in the rich culture and history of New Orleans with attractions like Jackson Square and Cafe du Monde only a leisurely stroll away, and the amenities such as the comfy beds and friendly staff really added to our experience, but just keep in mind that there was a $100 cleaning fee which felt a bit out of the ordinary.

Spacious room with a king bed, large bathroom, and comfortable couch. Accessibility was commendable; ample space to maneuver a walker. Staff, particularly Dwan, demonstrated exceptional service. several setbacks diminished the stay. Frequent key malfunctions were frustrating, and the thermostat needed attention. The pool area was overcrowded, limiting enjoyment. Cleanliness issues persisted: carpets appeared neglected and certain areas emitted unpleasant odors. While the room was generally tidy, attention to detail was lacking, evidenced by incomplete housekeeping. Despite these challenges, the hotel offered a decent location and friendly staff. With upgrades and consistent service, it could align more closely with luxury branding expectations.

Le Meridien New Orleans boasts a fantastic spot close to major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The staff, particularly the friendly parking attendants and skilled bartender, truly enhance the experience, ensuring guests feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their stay.

Had a great stay at a hotel near Bourbon street. Breakfast was complimentary & delicious! LOVED the rooftop pool. Staff were super helpful. Would choose this place again! The room was a bit smaller than expected from the photos. Cheers!

Incredible staff made me feel at home with warm welcomes. The location is perfect, with great dining options just steps away. My room had a stunning city view and was clean, though some guests faced maintenance issues. While there’s no full-service restaurant on-site, that’s minor compared to the charm of nearby eateries. management’s mishandling of fees left a sour taste. Some rooms could use upgrades, as cleanliness was inconsistent. It’s easy to appreciate the positives, but the attention to detail is where this place could improve.

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the casino and a stroll to Bourbon Street! Jamond and the bar team made every cocktail unforgettable, and the view from my room on Level 22 was breathtaking.
