The staff at Authentic Hanoi Boutique Hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and the manager, Mr. Chung, personally checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied. Miss Hana, Miss Linli, and Miss Rose were always available with a smile to assist us. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city and it felt safe for tourists. The hotel staff also spoke English well, which made communication easy.

They gave great recommendations on local restaurants and attractions. the room amenities were top-notch, including a comfortable bed and full-sized toiletries. the hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with many shops and restaurants nearby.

The room was quite small, making it difficult to move around with larger pieces of luggage. the breakfast menu was limited, but what was offered was fresh and tasty.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore everything. The service was excellent, with room service and car hire available. The staff were always ready to help with any requests. The room was very comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. I also loved the terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful view. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly luxurious.
