Our stay at Azerai was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and friendly professionalism. The hotel itself is stunning, with attention to every last visual detail. The rooms are comfortable and the common areas are well thought out. Despite a minor issue with our room, the staff took full responsibility and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The food at the restaurant was fabulous, and the chef even accommodated special requests. The highlight of our trip was the guided village tour, where we experienced genuine Vietnamese hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a nice view from the windows and the bed was comfortable. the room had a TV and a private bathroom, which was nice. the hotel was located close to the city center and was easy to find. the staff was friendly and helpful when I needed assistance with my luggage.

The hotel was way too expensive for what was offered. the room was not very clean and had a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

The hotel is located on an island right in the city, making it a convenient and secluded retreat. Surrounded by big trees, it feels like there are not too many constructions on the island. The rooms are beautifully designed and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The staff is sweet and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Additionally, the breakfast offers a selection of delicious Vietnamese dishes.

The local food dishes at the restaurant were below standard, which required guests to find meals outside the property.

Located on a small island 5 minutes from the city, the hotel offers unique and scenic surroundings with well-maintained vegetation and beautiful trees. Japanese-inspired design, spacious rooms with outdoor areas, and a large swimming pool enhance the experience. The restaurant serves quality local and western food, and the attentive manager ensures excellent service.

This hotel offers an unmatched luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities and personalized service. the spa & wellness center was wonderful with a wide range of treatments including a body scrub and massage. the outdoor swimming pool was well maintained with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the serene garden area and open-air bath offered a perfect retreat to relax.

The hotel lacked activities to keep us occupied during the stay. Only one restaurant was available that was not open every day and the daily events were repetitive.
