Our stay at Babylon was fantastic. We were so impressed with the service we received. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with fresh juice and amazing hospitality. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. Although the room had no windows, we didn't feel claustrophobic. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the local Vietnamese dishes. we had a great time and would definitely recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The hotel is perfectly located right in the old quarter, within walking distance from the lake and all major attractions. The staff were excellent, providing room service and shuttle service to and from the airport. Our room was always immaculate thanks to the housekeeping team. We found the spa to be a great way to unwind, with beauty treatments and full-body massages available.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the area, especially Hoan Kiem Lake. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived, making me feel comfortable right away. the room exceeded my expectations, as it was modern and impeccably clean. the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. This hotel is definitely my top choice for future visits to Ha Noi.

The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of Asian and Western options, as well as fresh fruit. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location of this hotel exceeded our expectations.
