I recently had the pleasure of staying at a homestay in Hoi An, and it was by far the best accommodation I have ever experienced. the room at Bonsai Villa was incredibly comfortable, with a high-quality bed and linens that made for a great night's sleep. the room was also immaculately cleaned every day, ensuring a pristine environment. the staff at the homestay were extremely helpful and kind, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the management even offered free bicycle use, which was perfect for my cycling adventures in Hoi An. I also received fantastic advice from the staff, enhancing my overall experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the jaw-dropping beauty of this place. The family running it made us feel at home and treated us like their own. The mind-blowing breakfast they served us was one of the best food experiences in Vietnam. We loved taking a dip in the super cool swimming pool and the bedroom was so comfy. We highly recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay at Bonsai Villa. the hotel, owned by a friendly family, had a modern and clean design. Set in a peaceful village-like environment, it was just a short 15-minute walk to the ancient town. the recently completed rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the beds were great. the garden with its bonsai trees and birds, and the refreshing swimming pool, created a beautiful atmosphere. the location was ideal, on the other side of the river in quiet streets, but still within walking distance of the city center. the reception staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with train ticket purchase and answering all our questions.

The staff at the reception were so helpful, they even assisted with my luggage. And guess what? They also provided free WiFi, free breakfast, and free parking! Plus, they have an outdoor pool and free bicycle rentals. What more could one ask for?

The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, making us feel like one of the family. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gardens, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel offered free bike rentals, making it easy to explore the nearby old town and markets.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at Bonsai Villa for 10 days and it was a lovely experience. The hotel is located in a quiet and convenient area, just a short walk from the markets and old town. The room was spacious with big windows that let in lots of natural light. The staff were friendly and the housekeeping was excellent. They even provided bicycles for guests to explore the town. The breakfast, although not a buffet, was tasty with a choice of cooked items and fresh fruit. The pool area was relaxing and never crowded. Bonsai Villa provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the charming Bonsai Villa. Great value for money with spacious and clean rooms, surrounded by a stunning bonsai garden and peaceful pond. The location was perfect, just a short walk or bike ride away from the old city center. The staff, especially Autumn and her family, were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Kudos to the excellent wifi and the refreshing pool in the garden.

The only improvement I would suggest for the breakfast would be to have more variety of items.

The location of the hotel was great, being in front of a beautiful bonsai garden. It was also conveniently located on the way to the market, making it easy to explore the local area. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices. the hotel had a lovely pool to cool down in.

That the mosquito nets had holes in them, which made them ineffective.
