Spent Christmas at a new hotel near the old city. Two nice things were the big bed and the good breakfast. the location was pretty good too, only a five-minute walk to the main streets. the lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. She recommended activities for us to do. We also rented a scooter from the hotel and had a good time exploring the surrounding areas.

The first room smelled like mold and damp which wasn't great for the holidays. We paid extra to switch to a room with a balcony, which helped with air flow, but it was still not ideal.

Our stay was mind-blowing! The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything, including early check-in. The clean and comfortable room had a jaw-dropping view of the city. The location was perfect, close to main attractions but on a quiet street. We loved enjoying evenings on the balcony. The breakfast was delicious. We can't wait to stay longer next time!

This hotel is great, just a short stroll away from the amazing old town and its restaurants. The location is perfect for exploring the historic town. The rooms are really new, modern, and spacious, and they were kept beautiful and very clean by the housekeeping staff. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were polite, always smiling, and genuinely interested in making sure I had a great stay. The breakfast spread was generous, with a variety of options that included coffee, pancakes, bacon. the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel is excellent.

I was amazed by the great service I received at Calla Hotel. The receptionist, Katy, was exceptional. She was friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a modern bathroom. I also appreciated the option to order eggs/omelette for breakfast. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the old town center. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to assist us. The room, while small, was sufficient for exploring the city. We particularly enjoyed the quiet location, as it was really close to the main attractions of Hoi An but still on a quiet street. It was just a ten-minute walk to the main attractions and also convenient for taking a stroll into town or a cheap cab to An Bang beach. The hotel facilities were great, including a small pool which was perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the cleaning staff did a great job in keeping everything in great condition. the value for money was excellent.

The hotel could improve by providing tea and coffee in the rooms, especially considering that there is an electric kettle available.
