The beach and pools were great, with plenty of sun loungers available. the room was clean and spacious, with nice views of the ocean. the hotel is well-situated, with many restaurants and shops nearby.

The staff was unhelpful and unresponsive to our needs. We had trouble communicating with them because of the language barrier.

We had a fantastic time at this beachfront resort just a short distance from the airport. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to start our vacation right away without a long transfer. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the sea. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the private pool was a great addition to our stay.

We did notice that some language barriers and cultural differences affected the customer service experience.

The beach resort was a perfect escape for relaxation. The ocean view villa I stayed in was stunning. The pools and the view were breathtaking. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this resort for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

The hotel is a luxurious venue that provides exclusive amenities for its guests. the service is great, and the staff is friendly. the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Swimming pool, Outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Spa lounge are fantastic. the massage is one of the best I have ever had and the garden area is so peaceful and relaxing. the location advantages are amazing, and the view from the pool is breathtaking. the restaurant offers a great variety of special diet menus, and the dinner is delicious.

The only minor issue I found was the entertainment, which could be improved. the other guests were friendly, and I never experienced any rudeness or annoyance from them.
