The staff were helpful. Room was upgraded with a great view. Minor bathroom issues. Nice spot away from busy area. Taxis available.

The pool was amazing and perfect for relaxation. the buffet breakfast had a range of options that were delicious. the staff were friendly, always ready to lend a hand, and makes you feel comfortable. the location was close to the main beach and the city center, which made it easier for us to explore the city. the hotel was clean and well maintained.

The gym was not big enough, so it was difficult for us to work out. the room was a bit small, but we had enough space to move around.

Good Family Resort with Exclusive Amenities This hotel is perfect for families looking for a peaceful retreat. the swimming pool is large and not crowded, surrounded by a sun terrace and garden area. the Spa & wellness center offers various beauty treatments, including body wraps and full-body massages. the Sauna and Steam room are also available. the hotel offers a shuttle to a quiet section of the nearby beach with umbrellas and beach towels. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with exclusive amenities. the staff was excellent and attentive to our needs, providing quick and professional service. the only minor issue was the limited sun loungers by the pool. the restaurant offered good food, though we prefer more authentic Vietnamese cuisine. this hotel provided an idyllic escape for our family with excellent amenities.
