charming riverside was even better than my last stay in hue. the friendly staff went above and beyond to make it a romantic weekend. the breakfast room on the top floor had stunning views of the perfume river.

The location was ideal, with plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at Charming Riverside Hotel were terrific - they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was excellent. They even organized taxis and car rentals for us without any issues. Although the bathroom was compact, it served its purpose and was clean. The breakfast provided a wide range of options to choose from. we had a memorable and enjoyable experience at Charming Riverside Hotel. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great stay in Hue.

We had an amazing experience at Charming Riverside. the staff went above and beyond to help us, even assisting with immigration issues and organizing a hospital trip. They were genuinely kind and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the mini bar was affordably priced. the highlight, however, was the delicious and filling breakfast with a wide variety to choose from. We especially loved the beautiful view of the city from the breakfast area. We also appreciated the free toiletries and towels provided. a fantastic stay!

My second stay at this hotel was just as wonderful as the first. the super views, friendly staff, and delicious banana pancakes are what brought me back. They went above and beyond by providing me with an extension lead for additional power sockets in the room, resolving a previous issue. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, offering advice on sightseeing and tours. the location was perfect, a short walk from restaurants and bars but still peaceful. the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide range of options and beautiful views of the river. I can't wait to stay here again!

I recently stayed at the Charming Riverside Hotel for three nights in Hue. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. They even allowed us to check in early without any extra charges. The breakfast, served on the 5th floor with a stunning view of the river, was excellent - especially the pancakes. Our room was clean and tidy, and the staff even helped us book a tour to Hoi An, which included a visit to the beach, the Cloud Pass, and the Marble Mountains. it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this budget-friendly hotel. The location was perfect, as it was near the tourist centre but not right in the busy tourist area. We loved being close to some delicious 'com hen' restaurants where we could enjoy the local cuisine. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even provided fresh mango juice and fruit upon arrival. The breakfast was tasty, and the views of the river were breathtaking.

The bus we booked through the hotel didn't drop us off at our hotel in Phong Nha, which was a bit inconvenient.

We loved the warm welcome and helpful staff at this riverside hotel. They provided great information about things to do in Hue and even arranged a driver for us to explore the tombs. The spacious and clean bedrooms were a refreshing change, and the river views were a bonus. Being slightly away from the center gave us a peaceful atmosphere, yet it was still easy to walk to all the attractions.

The staff at the hotel made us feel like part of their family and were always ready to assist us. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
