We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being right next to the beach and close to the city center. It was so convenient to have everything within reach, from grocery stores to local vendors. The hotel itself was beautifully designed and meticulously maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the modern amenities we needed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The service was truly top-notch, from the friendly and welcoming reception to the attentive management. We felt like we were staying with family rather than just being guests. The breakfast was delicious, and the sea view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking. We also enjoyed the pool area, especially the jacuzzi. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay unforgettable.

We had an amazing time at Batumi Palm Hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, and the hotel itself is modern and clean. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially Henry and Beka at the reception. They were incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The meals at the restaurant were delicious, and the pool was a great place to relax. We also loved the convenience of being near Metro City shopping mall and the beautiful park and boulevard. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Batumi!

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the beach, making it easy to spend a relaxing day by the sea. Additionally, it is just a short distance away from the shopping mall Metro City, perfect for any shopping enthusiasts. Getting to the city center is also a breeze, either by escooter along the beach or by taxi.

The hotel charges for real coffee at breakfast, which some guests may find disappointing.

The hotel staff’s hospitality was exceptional, spacious and clean rooms, amazing sea view, daily towel change, supply of drinking water, breakfast available on request.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in a calm area near the airport. The staff was extremely helpful, picking me up from the airport and ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room had a great view of the Black Sea, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. I enjoyed walking along the beach or taking a short taxi ride to the lively city center. The hotel also had a swimming pool and a fitness center for guests to enjoy.

One minor drawback was that they charged extra for real coffee at breakfast, which I found a bit stingy.
