The location of the hotel was excellent. It was within walking distance of the famous Dragon Bridge and the lively Han River, which made it very convenient to explore the city. there were many eateries and bars nearby, giving plenty of options for dining and entertainment.

One of the main downsides was a miscommunication issue we had with the reception regarding transport. the language barrier caused some confusion, and it took some time to resolve the issue.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel that provided enhanced comfort and quality services. Situated in a prime location, it was just a 30-second walk from the riverside and within walking distance to numerous restaurants and centrally located attractions. The hotel staff were friendly, approachable, and displayed a high level of professionalism in all areas, including reception and food and drink services. The rooms were impeccably designed with modern fixtures and fittings, creating a comfortable city living space. Additionally, the hotel offered a wide range of amenities such as room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry. I was highly impressed with the service and the efforts made by the staff to ensure a comfortable stay for the guests.

I would highly recommend this hotel to friends without any hesitation.

The room design was chic and had a king size bed to myself. Abundant clothes hangers compared to other hotels. Clean toilet with white tones. Fantastic staff with top-notch hospitality. Great breakfast with wide variety of food. Fantastic rooftop bar with nice views. Crystal clean pool. Good location close to cafes, restaurants, and Han market.

Excellent location, just a short walk to the riverside esplanade and market. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were attentive. The rooms were comfortable and the aircon efficient. The breakfast spread was delicious with prompt service. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The breakfast was really tasty, with a nice variety of dishes - definitely one of the best aspects of the hotel. the rooms were also quite comfortable and well decorated. the hotel was in a great location, with lots of shops and restaurants close by.

The staff seemed uninterested and not very helpful, which made our stay less enjoyable. the hotel lacked certain amenities we were hoping for - like a pool or spa.
