I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The morning receptionist was extremely polite and made my check-in process a breeze. The breakfast was delicious and affordable, offering a great start to the day.

Even though there were a few drawbacks, like the slow Wi-Fi in my room and the lack of air conditioning, the comfortable sofas and chairs on every floor with excellent Wi-Fi coverage made up for it. The hotel's solid construction made me understand why it was challenging to get a good signal in all the rooms.

The beds were comfortable and the staff were very helpful. the location was great, with cafes and restaurants within walking distance. the fact that the hotel had a lift was a bonus, as it is not common in budget hotels. the room was also clean and the renovation in progress added a nice touch to the overall atmosphere.

The room I stayed in had a shower over the bath, which was not my preference. the furniture was a bit tired, but still functional.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my city trip. I could see and hear the nearby cathedral from my room, which was a great experience. Additionally, the hotel was just a block away from El Expiatorio, a beautiful church, and the plaza in front of it offered a lot of fun activities and tasty food options. Moreover, the staff at the hotel were excellent and very helpful.

On the downside, the rooms facing the main street were extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Another issue was the slow WiFi in the rooms, although it worked fine in the common areas.

The location of this hotel was great for our romantic escape. We were able to easily walk to many nearby attractions and restaurants. the staff was helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome. We also appreciated the good selection on the restaurant menu.

Our room could use some renovation work as it felt a bit tired. the shower over the bath was not ideal, as we prefer separate stall showers.
