Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The location was great, tucked away on a quiet street but still within easy walking distance to the old town. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and recommendations for exploring the area. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Hoi An.

Although the hotel was amazing, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The pool could have been cleaner, and the bathroom amenities were not fully stocked upon arrival.

I recently stayed at Cozy Savvy Boutique Hotel for a week-long vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and great recommendations for local markets, restaurants, and attractions. Our room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The rooftop swimming pool provided a relaxing oasis, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, including an egg station. The location was convenient, with mini marts and restaurants nearby, and it was just a short walk or bike ride to the Old Town.

I had an amazing stay at this lovely boutique hotel! The room was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and a gorgeous bathroom. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide selection of fruits, cereals, cooked breakfast, and drinks. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the ancient town. I also enjoyed the stunning view from the rooftop. The staff were friendly and provided great recommendations for exploring the area. Despite a small issue with the bicycles not being suitable for taller people, everything else exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

We loved the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The location was convenient, walking distance to night markets, and the rooftop pool was clean and relaxing. The spa services were also great value, and there were bikes available for guests to use.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is close to everything and just outside of the busy area. It is very close to the center of town, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are spacious and modern, with fantastic staff that provide helpful information and recommendations. The breakfast is delicious and the rooftop pool adds a nice touch.

The gym is quite small.

We spent our Thanksgiving at this hotel and it was amazing! They surprised us with balloons and flowers for our room, which was one of the best rooms in the hotel with an incredible view. the breakfast was one of the best we had during our trip with a great variety of options, including yoghurt. the free bicycles were a great bonus for exploring the surrounding area. the hotel is in a perfect location, close to the main attractions, but in a quieter area of the city.

The laundry service was a bit expensive, but that's just a small downside compared to our amazing experience overall.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just outside of the busy area but still very close to the center of town. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool which had a beautiful view and was kept very clean. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, making us feel like part of their family. The front desk team was particularly helpful in arranging our airport pickup and giving us recommendations for local restaurants. Being located just outside of the busy area was actually ideal as it provided a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to everything. the hotel's cleanliness, facilities, and staff exceeded our expectations.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible! They were so friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. We mentioned that the BBQ sauce on one of the menu items didn't taste like BBQ, and they not only refunded us for the meal but also showed us other menu options. the customer service here is top-notch! the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable. the breakfast selection was delicious with both Western and Asian options. the staff and amenities made our Easter stay truly enjoyable.

The only downside we experienced was the slightly expensive price for the laundry service. It cost 70K for 1 kg of laundry, which can add up if you have a lot of clothes to wash.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. the service was exceptional, providing me with recommendations for local places. the Spa & Wellness Centre was luxurious and had exclusive amenities that fulfilled my needs. the Rooftop pool had sun loungers and provided a perfect view of the city. the food at the restaurant was delicious with Special diet menus available. the private facilities of my room were exclusive and made me feel like royalty.

I would have liked it to be bigger so I could have swum more laps.

We had such a lovely and welcoming stay at a charming hotel in Hoi An. the staff at Cozy Savvy Hotel couldn't have been more attentive, making us feel incredibly welcome throughout our time there. the room on the 6th floor was spacious and beautiful, offering stunning views from the balcony. We also enjoyed the fantastic breakfast with a variety of local and international cuisine options. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the bustling old town but still away from the crowds. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

The room was lovely, very clean, and nicely decorated with attention to detail. The location was great, not too noisy or crowded, but still within walking distance to central attractions. The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious food. I also appreciated the added bonus of bikes available for guests to use. it was a wonderful experience thanks to the attentive staff and the hotel's attention to detail.
