We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The value for money was fantastic and the room was really cool and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, surrounded by cafes, bars, and restaurants. But the best part was the super friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us with everything from local information to solving credit card problems. They were genuinely kind and friendly people.

The breakfast experience could have been better with a wider variety of options available.

I had a great time staying at a hotel that was central to all the Carabana Festival activities. The location was perfect, with friendly staff who gave great recommendations on where to go to eat or find entertainment. The room was comfortable and had unique decor that added to the overall experience. The bathroom was a bit small, but it didn't bother me too much. the hotel had great service and I enjoyed my stay.

The staff at Gladstone House were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They assisted me with my luggage and provided useful information about the hotel. The room, especially room 418, was full of character and charm, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom products. The hotel's restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the dinner was enjoyable. The location was convenient, with plenty of eating and drinking options nearby. Despite the small issues with the TV and shower size, the overall attention to detail and great service made my stay enjoyable. I would recommend this unique and beautiful hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in an awesome neighborhood on Queen avenue. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with an art gallery vibe throughout the entire building. The rooms were all uniquely furnished, adding to the charm. The cleanliness was top-notch, with comfortable beds and a terrific shower. The hotel staff went above and beyond, providing friendly and cheerful service. We also loved the convenient transportation options, with the tram stop right outside the front door, allowing us to easily reach the city center. Additionally, there were plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The water pressure in the bathroom was great, and the bed was super comfortable. We also loved the art installations on each floor and the cool manual elevator. a great experience.
