We loved how quiet the hotel was, and our day spent waiting for our flight was very pleasant. the on-site restaurant had a good selection of food at reasonable prices. the host even helped us with transportation, making sure we had a hassle-free experience.

I got great value for my money at Family Transit. The room was spacious with comfortable double beds and strong wifi. Food for breakfast could have been better.

Tang, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helped us organize airport transfers as well as transportation to the city center. the hotel is located on a quiet street near the airport, making it convenient for travelers. the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. the breakfast menu had a good selection and the prices were reasonable. We also enjoyed the family atmosphere and our children had fun playing with local kids on the tire swings.

We stayed at Family Transit for one night after a late flight into Hanoi. The staff were super friendly and even greeted us with cold beers at 2am! The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and good air-conditioning. The hotel was conveniently located, only a 15-20 minute walk from the airport. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from, including both Western and Asian options. They also arranged a cheap transfer to our hotel in Hanoi. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

They even helped with our bags up to the room. The location was perfect for our needs, being right next to the airport. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the egg-stuffed Banh Mi, which was the best I've had in Vietnam. The staff's hospitality was top-notch, making us feel welcomed and going the extra mile to arrange taxis for us.

I had a late-night flight delay due to bad weather and was worried about finding a hotel with electricity. But the staff at the hotel were exceptional! They stayed in contact with me throughout the night, even in the late hours, and advised me to look for another hotel if necessary. They were incredibly attentive and helpful. When I found an alternative solution, they quickly cancelled my reservation without any hassle.

Although the shower situation in the bathroom was not ideal, with water splashing everywhere, it was a minor inconvenience. The bed, however, was quite hard, making it a bit challenging to get a good night's sleep.

We stayed at a hotel near the airport, Family Transit, for just one night between flights. the hotel offered pickup and drop off services for a reasonable fee of $4. the place was very clean and they even prepared an extra early breakfast for us since we had to leave early. the breakfast itself was delicious and the hotel was overall excellent for those needing to catch an early flight or in need of an overnight stay. It was comfortable, affordable, and conveniently located.
