Unique design; room with private onsen and great view. Art gallery and interesting exhibits. Robot waitstaff in restaurant. Excellent service and comfortable beds.

Over New Year we stayed in a property with beautiful architecture, with rooms offering private onsen with breathtaking views over the city. The local area had limited food options, however the hotel staff were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay, with their friendly hosting and impressive amenities.

Sadly there were a few letdowns during our stay. we were not informed of the lack of food options on specific days prior to our stay, which caused inconvenience and frustration.

Absolutely incredible hotel. Immaculate aesthetic. Friendly staff. Spacious room with private onsen. Breathtaking views. High-quality service. Well-prepared food. Appreciative technology.

The staff at the hotel, particularly Maria, provided excellent service despite being short-handed in the restaurant. The building offers stunning views and the art displayed throughout is well presented. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and the private onsen provides a relaxing experience.

The breakfast selection is limited and lacks attention to detail.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at this hotel. The combination of art, onsen, stunning views, and delicious food made my stay truly luxurious and memorable. The room I stayed in was not only well-designed, but also had a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The highlight was definitely the semi open-air onsen bath, which was facilitated by floor to ceiling windows and connected to a spacious deck. It was such a unique and relaxing experience to soak in the hot springs while enjoying the beautiful scenery.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
