The room at this hotel was tastefully designed with a beautiful view. the comfortable beds and in, room onsen made for a relaxing stay. the service was top, notch, typical of Japanese hotels. During my stay, I experienced disappointment with the lack of available food service upon late arrival, affecting one, third of my trip. Despite this, the overall experience was lovely. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for its design, comfort, and amenities.

Over New Year we stayed in a property with beautiful architecture, with rooms offering private onsen with breathtaking views over the city. the local area had limited food options, however the hotel staff were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure an enjoyable stay, with their friendly hosting and impressive amenities.

we found that the reservation policy for local restaurants was too strict and inflexible. Despite these shortcomings, however, we still had a pleasant stay in the property.

The staff at the hotel, particularly Maria, provided excellent service despite being short-handed in the restaurant. The building offers stunning views and the art displayed throughout is well presented. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and the private onsen provides a relaxing experience.

The highlight was definitely the semi open-air onsen bath, which was facilitated by floor to ceiling windows and connected to a spacious deck. It was such a unique and relaxing experience to soak in the hot springs while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
