Cleanest hotel, amazing staff, beautiful grounds, useful facilities, exceptional breakfast with plenty of variety. Some guests' peculiar behavior, but cultural differences. Nice and organized resort at the beach, excellent staff, clean and comfortable room, stylish architecture, sea-facing suite worth the money. Secluded beach section, quiet atmosphere. Breakfast okay, venue might not handle peak capacity. Hot weather challenging for air conditioning, but staff accommodating. Early check-in and late check-out arranged. Highly recommended. Perfect location and spacious villa for 4 adults, friendly and helpful staff, quick beach access. Good-sized private pool, daily cleaning. Very good breakfast selection and enjoyable afternoon tea. The resort's staff were excellent, friendly, and polite. The room was clean and comfortable, and the architecture and decoration were stylish. The hotel had a beautiful beach and two nice infinity pools. The breakfast had a huge selection of foods from around the world.

Nothing to dislike.

I recently stayed at a luxury hotel in Da Nang and was blown away by the exclusive amenities that fulfilled my luxurious needs. The swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, and beach access were all top-notch. The spa centre had a variety of treatments available, including massage, body scrubs, and facials. The restaurant served an incredible buffet breakfast and dinner, and the poolside snack bar was perfect for a quick bite.

That the service could have been improved. The staff was friendly, but not very attentive.
