I had a great stay at this hotel recently! This place is located in a very central spot and is super easy to reach. I loved that there was a big mall just across the road - it was so convenient! I also appreciated the great service, such as the friendly and helpful staff and the option of room service and tours/ticket assistance. The amenities were great too - my room had tea and coffee facilities, which was perfect for me. I also loved the soundproofed rooms because it meant I could enjoy a good night's sleep, and the indoor swimming pool was a lovely extra touch.

For my experience here, I didn't have any negative aspects to mention. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families - it was a great place to stay!

We enjoyed the two complementary drinks at the bar and the chocolate covered strawberries in the room were a lovely touch. the key location factor was important as we were close to all the major attractions. the room was beautiful and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The food options were limited, and we expected more from the hotel's dining options. the noise level outside of our room was quite loud at times, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.
