The food served during the trip was delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from. the staff and crew were very friendly and accommodating, making sure that every guest was comfortable throughout the entire trip. the location of the hotel was perfect, offering stunning views of the surroundings and creating a peaceful atmosphere.

There were a few drawbacks during the weekend. the air conditioning in our room had some issues initially, but it was promptly fixed by the staff.

The location in Halong Bay is perfect for exploring the beautiful bay. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, such as visiting the caves and islands, and even a beach on one of the islands. The room is well-decorated and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a hot shower with good water pressure. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh and tasty food options. The view of the bay from the boat is stunning and memorable.

There are some aspects of the cruise that can be improved, such as the high prices for drinks onboard.

The hotel also had a leisure spa & wellness center, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage after a day of exploring the bay. The entertainment options, such as karaoke and the sun terrace, were also a great way to unwind in the evenings.

We had a nice time on our romantic escape, enjoying the beautiful view from the cruise with our loved ones. the staff was always willing to help and the food was delicious, providing a good selection of drinks and affordable prices. the rooms were comfortable and clean, and we were surprised with a beautiful sunset view.

The cruise was overcrowded and due to the peak times, the activities felt rushed. the prices for some of the amenities were unnecessarily expensive and they tried to charge us for extras not initially mentioned.
