They were always available to assist with any needs or provide helpful advice on motorbike rental, airport transfers, and city tours. The location of the hotel was also perfect, offering easy access to the city. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Secondly, the staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. They were always willing to assist with any request and their enthusiasm was contagious. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and some even had a good view. However, there were a few issues with mouldy pillows, but overall, a great stay.
