The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette that comes in handy. The housekeeping is excellent, with clean bedding provided daily. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the Burjuman mall, making shopping convenient.

One downside is that the sauna is not currently in operation and the swimming pool and gymnasium have limited operating hours.

Our stay at Rose Garden Hotel Apartments was perfect for our young family. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had great amenities like a well-equipped kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. The staff was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional, especially the cleaning guy who kept our apartment spotless every day. The location was convenient, with easy access to bus and metro stations, as well as Burjuman Mall and plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooftop swimming pool was a highlight, with clean water and safety measures in place. We also appreciated the surprise birthday gift from the hotel management.

We were given complimentary drinks upon arrival and the staff was friendly. the hotel had a convenient location near a metro station and a grocery store, which made things easier. the room was well furnished and spacious, with all the necessary amenities.

The noise from construction next door kept us up at night and the sound of the air conditioning unit was too loud. We had to turn it off, which made the room too warm.

Stayed at Rose Garden Hotel Apartments - Bur twice: 5 days and 10 days. Both times had spacious rooms with a surprise swimming pool and sauna. The first stay had low water pressure in the shower, but the second stay was good. King size bed was comfortable, with a slight dent on the sides. Well-equipped kitchen with a huge fridge. Location near Red and Green metro lines, shopping mall with a great supermarket. Easy access to riverfront, souks, and ferry/boats. Great hotel staff, always kind and helpful. Warmly recommended.
