During my stay at Golden Time Hostel 3, I was impressed by the location right in the center of the bustling Old Quarter. Everything I needed, from restaurants to markets, was just a stone's throw away. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to assist me. They even arranged an early check-in for me, which was a lifesaver after a long journey. The bed in my room was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the availability of both AC and a fan, which kept the room cool on hot days. Furthermore, the complimentary coffee provided a nice touch, even though it wasn't the best quality.

One specific situation I encountered was the attentive staff addressing a minor issue with the hot water. I accidentally turned off the hot water switch, leading to a couple of cold showers.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the bustling old town, within walking distance to lots of bars, and close to many important places in the city. The hotel facilities were excellent - the rooms were super nice, comfortable, and clean. We were even upgraded to a room with a balcony on the last floor, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, answering all our questions and providing useful recommendations. They spoke great English and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast included in our stay was delicious, offering a variety of options including banh mi and fruits. we highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast.

Julie, the host, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided us with helpful recommendations and a map of the area. The location in the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring shops, bars, and the night market. The staff were always available to assist with taxis, tours, and any questions we had. The room was spacious and clean, well worth the extra cost.

The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. One of the best perks was the availability of free tea, coffee, and fruit throughout the day. We also took advantage of their great value tours, where we got the best prices for our excursions. Additionally, they allowed us to safely store our main luggage while we went on our Ha Long Bay cruise and other tours.
