The room at Grand Tourane Hotel was spacious and clean, with stunning panoramic sea views and a breathtaking sunrise view. The location was perfect, just a one-minute walk to the beach and not far from the airport. The staff were nice and helpful, providing good service throughout our stay.

On the first day, I discovered some dirt on the room floor that hadn't been cleaned properly. Although I asked for someone to clean it, they only roughly cleaned a small area near the door.

The location is perfect, right by the beach and close to restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly, polite, and always ready to help. The pool, gym, and tennis court are great amenities. The food is delicious, with a fantastic breakfast buffet and fine dining options.

The staff at the hotel are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout guests' stays. One negative aspect mentioned by a previous guest is the lack of air conditioning in the hallways and elevators.

This luxurious hotel was truly a delightful experience. The exclusive amenities made my stay really enjoyable. The Spa & wellness centre was perfect for me to relax and the Sauna was a great alternative as well. The Outdoor swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, offering stunning views of the beach. The hotel's location advantages were great for my vacation.

The only problem I faced was with the Night club music which disturbed my sleep at night. However, the hotel's efficient service made up for it.
