I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Halais Hotel was clean and spacious. the location was perfect for me, as I wanted to be away from the crowded tourist attractions. the staff were kind and helpful. I especially appreciated their accommodating service when they helped me change to a quieter room after midnight due to construction noise.

I had an enjoyable stay at a hotel near a huge shopping mall, which was perfect for me as a young person. The restaurant had a good breakfast spread and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. The room was immaculate with grand decor, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The location was also ideal, as it was near a lovely large park. The WiFi connection was strong, and there was a cafe on the ground floor for working or meeting with others.

The check-out process was slow and caused me to almost miss my flight.

The staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home.

Room clean, bed comfy. Breakfast mediocre, same every morning. Lobby shared with coffee shop. Many cafes, restaurants nearby. Stores in front for shopping. 15/20min walk to old quarter. Spacious room, allowed bag storage. Handy coffee shop in lobby. Good base for exploring. Spacious room, big windows. Convenient location. Clean room, large and comfortable. Great coffee shop in reception. Helpful staff.

Over Easter, I had a great stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were generally helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast provided: they had a variety of options and even catered to dietary requirements. the coffee in the lobby was a great perk too, and helped me start my day on a good note. Lastly, the location was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to popular tourist spots and had easy access to public transport.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. the check-in and check-out process was a bit confusing and took longer than expected.
