The food was beyond amazing, exceeding our expectations, especially with a vegetarian option. Our room was upgraded, providing us with a comfortable and clean space to relax and unwind. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a lovely terrace, a restaurant with a delicious dining menu, and a bar/lounge area for refreshing cocktails. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable, such as providing us with a bunch of food when we missed our lunch on the cruise. The hotel also offered a shuttle service and free Wi-Fi, making it convenient and accessible for all guests. Furthermore, the beach access and massage services provided a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff were excellent, polite, and helpful, especially our tour guide who made sure we had a delightful time. All in all, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service.

The tour guide, Alex, was knowledgeable about the area and went above and beyond to help us with a hotel issue. The staff were friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout the cruise. The route taken was less crowded, making it a more intimate experience.

We also appreciated the organized pick-up from our hotel in Hanoi. The boat's size was perfect for fostering a friendly interaction among all the guests.

The cruise was upgraded to a five-star boat and the staff were fantastic. Our room was decorated for our anniversary. The guide, Alex, was engaged, helpful, and friendly. The tour included visits to caves, kayaking, and tasty meals. It was a great experience for the price paid.

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. the food was excellent and there was plenty of it. Additionally, the highlight of the trip was visiting Titop and climbing 426 steps to get an amazing panoramic view of the bay.

We got great value for our money on the Royal Palace Cruise. The room was exactly what we expected, with beautiful rose petal touches and complimentary bottles of water. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the bay. The staff treated us like VIPs, especially our tour guide Mr. Thu who made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable trip.

The boat was beautifully decorated with traditional Vietnamese carved wood. Our room had everything we needed and the food was absolutely delicious, with sophisticated takes on traditional meals. The tours offered a variety of optional activities and Canh Le and the rest of the staff were always professional and friendly. A highlight was the surprise birthday cake they arranged for my boyfriend's birthday. We were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely return!

They went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met and even helped me with a personal issue by arranging transportation to the hospital. the food on the cruise was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options for every meal. the activities and entertainment provided were also top-notch, keeping me engaged and entertained throughout the entire trip.

There were a few negative aspects that I would like to mention. the boat itself was in need of refurbishment, with some parts falling apart and showing signs of wear and tear.
