The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter in Hanoi. You can easily walk to restaurants, bars, and markets, making it very convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful, always willing to assist you. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cozy beds for a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered is tasty and there are options for both western and Vietnamese food. Plus, they even provide luggage storage for those planning overnight trips.

One drawback is that there is a night club next door, which can be a bit noisy at times.

We were near plenty of restaurants and bars, which made it easy for us to find good food and drinks. the spa services were also a welcome treat to help us relax during our romantic escape. the room was also quite cozy and had a comfortable bed.

Our room was not as clean as we would have liked. the shower had some grime buildup and the air conditioning was not very effective, making the room feel stuffy and warm.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure I felt comfortable as a solo female traveler. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, and I had a lovely balcony to enjoy. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others. I'd definitely recommend this hotel based on my positive experience.
