My room at the Hanoi Capital Premium Hotel was spacious and modern, with a separate shower cubicle in the bathroom. The location was excellent, with a craft beer pub just across the street. The staff, particularly one of the young members, greeted me with a friendly fist bump. Despite being in the city center, my room on the 6th floor facing the backyard was surprisingly quiet. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and within walking distance of the old quarter and the lake area. The breakfast, though not fancy, was functional. I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location near the church makes it convenient to explore the city on foot. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have amenities like a TV, fridge, and AC. The staff provides great service and goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast, though not fancy, is functional and provides enough options to start the day off right.

The first room we were given had some maintenance issues, but the staff promptly moved us to a better room.
