My two-night stay was fantastic! the prime location near eateries and attractions was ideal. the staff, including Tu and Strong, provided impeccable service. the spacious room with a balcony offered great value, cleanliness, and comfort. the hospitality exceeded expectations, from personalized airport transfers to excellent breakfast service. Mr Tu’s thoughtful birthday gesture was a memorable touch. Cons: Totally recommend this hotel.

My room at the Hanoi Capital Premium Hotel was spacious and modern, with a separate shower cubicle in the bathroom. The location was excellent, with a craft beer pub just across the street. The staff, particularly one of the young members, greeted me with a friendly fist bump. Despite being in the city center, my room on the 6th floor facing the backyard was surprisingly quiet. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and within walking distance of the old quarter and the lake area. The breakfast, though not fancy, was functional. I had a good experience and would recommend this hotel.
