I got great value for my money at this hostel. The room had big comfortable beds and was cleaned daily. The location was perfect, right in the centre of everything in the old quarter. The staff at City Backpackers were super friendly and helpful, making my trip unforgettable. They even recommended delicious and reasonably priced local restaurants. Plus, the hostel provided free breakfast and free beer during happy hour. It truly felt like home and I met amazing people there. I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, even for bunk beds, and the curtains provided added privacy. The free breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection including delicious scrambled eggs on toast. The staff went above and beyond, giving us the best customer service we've experienced in our seven weeks of travel. They even recovered a lost item for us and were extremely helpful in arranging a tour. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and staff were all top-notch.

I recently stayed at Hanoi City Backpackers Hostel for my trip to Vietnam. I had a great time during my 10-night stay. The location is amazing, close to popular attractions and delicious food spots. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and everything was kept perfectly clean. The staff, especially Lee, Minh, and others, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was tasty, and the free beer happy hour was a nice bonus. The staff even took responsibility for a bus company issue I had and gave me a full refund. I couldn't ask for more.
