I had an exceptional stay at a strategic location with helpful staff. When I lost my luggage key, the staff went above and beyond to assist me, even though we had a language barrier. They allowed me to store my luggage after check-out and even permitted me to perform my prayer at their café. The location was perfect, close to the ferry terminal and tram station, with a vibrant shopping street nearby. The room was comfortable, with twin beds pushed together and a useful headboard. The hotel also had an automatic espresso machine in the lobby. I highly recommend Sunflex for a great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was just a short walk to the port where I caught a ferry to explore the beautiful island of Yakushima. The convenience of being so close to the ferry terminal made my trip hassle-free. Additionally, this hotel was surrounded by a variety of excellent restaurants, allowing me to indulge in delicious meals without having to travel far. The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to assist me with any queries or requests. Despite the language barrier, they made an effort to communicate and ensure my stay was comfortable. The quality of service provided by the staff truly enhanced my experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with our two small kids. The location was ideal, being very close to the harbor area where we enjoyed taking a ferry to explore nearby attractions. The hotel was also in the main shopping area, with millions of amazing restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful haven after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and helpful, attending to our needs with great care. The breakfast included had a good variety of options to choose from.

The breakfast had a good variety, which was a pleasant surprise. the location was quite convenient since I could easily get to the attractions I wanted to visit. the fact that there was a convenience store nearby helped a lot, too.

The room was quite small for what I paid, and the condition was a bit outdated. the car park was not on-site, and I had to figure out how to get there on my own.
