The staff was very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance.- We appreciated the safe provided in our room for added security.

The bed in our room was broken and had a smaller mattress, which made for an uncomfortable sleep. There was a noticeable smell of mildew in the room, which was quite unpleasant.

Visited during Easter and had a nice time overall. the location of the hotel was great, near the main cathedral with everything within walking distance. the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. They had a good breakfast with plenty of options to choose from, including fresh eggs cooked to order. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities in working order.

We experienced some noise pollution during our stay which was a major downside. Despite the hotel being located on a busy street, the construction in the area made it unbearable to sleep in during the afternoon and the early morning wake-up calls from construction starting at 6.15 AM were hard to ignore.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel located in the heart of the Old Quarter, near the beautiful cathedral. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and equipped with a TV and comfortable bed. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, they were always friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and I loved the newly renovated dining room. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of many cafes and food stalls.
