The location was fantastic, close to the main food streets, night market, and just a short walk from the lake. The staff went above and beyond, taking care of all our needs and offering helpful tips and recommendations throughout our stay.

The hotel staff, particularly Mrs. Rosie and Jane at the front desk, were friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to assist with any requests. I booked tours to Ha Long and Ninh Binh through the hotel, and they were both exceptional experiences with reasonable prices. The highlight was the spacious room with a balcony providing a great view of the train tracks. I loved watching the train come and go from the comfort of my own balcony. The bed was comfortable, the shower had the perfect pressure and temperature, and the TV even had options for Netflix and TV casting. What really made my stay memorable was the extra effort the staff put in to help me with deliveries and transportation arrangements. A big shoutout to Ms. Rosie and Jane for going above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic time in Hanoi. I truly appreciated their assistance.
