As youngsters, we loved the amazing location of the hotel, right in the heart of the old town area and just steps away from the lake. It was so convenient and everything we needed was right at our doorstep.

We felt incredibly welcomed during our stay and had no complaints. The staff, especially Chasey and Jason, were amazing and went above and beyond to take care of us.

We had a fantastic stay at Media Hotel & Spa. the room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful city view from the balcony. the staff provided exceptional service, recommending a fantastic nearby restaurant for wine and steak. the location was perfect, just steps away from the bustling walking street. the hotel's sky bar offered a stunning view of Hoan Kiem lake, and the spa treatments were superb and relaxing.

They helped us plan our itineraries and provided excellent customer service. the room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the Sky Bar and the included breakfast. Definitely worth staying here if you're visiting Hanoi!

This hotel is perfectly located, right near the lake and on the edge of the old quarter, so you're near all the action. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with a beautiful bathroom and consistent hot water. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure you have everything you need. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, with a range of Vietnamese and Western foods available. Plus, the hotel has a Sky Bar with great views of the lake.

Some rooms don't have windows facing outside, so if you prefer natural light or nice views, you might want to consider upgrading.
