this hotel is definitely not what i expected. the whole place was cold, and the shower barely warmed up. i was hoping for an upgrade due to my discomfort, but alas, no. also, being woken up with breakfast calls was not the highlight of my 'luxurious' stay. just couldn’t recommend it despite the central location.

This place is spot on, right near the lake, and the crew were proper friendly, made me feel at home. But blimey, the shower pressure was a bit dodgy at times! Still, breakfast up on the top floor was top-notch, especially the pho.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. They gave excellent tips for exploring the city. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, and I recommend trying pho. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to a beautiful lake. It felt like a true experience of the area's vibe. Overall, it was a great choice for my visit. I valued the caring nature of the staff.

When I arrived, Selena was ready to help, she recommended the best spots to visit and arranged everything smoothly. They handled buying tickets without any hassle, and when we were ready to leave, it felt like saying goodbye to family.

It’s right by the lake and old quarter, so perfect for exploring. breakfast was good too, they even made some stuff fresh. i got a massage at the spa and it was totally worth it!

only complaints were that the shower pressure was kinda weak sometimes and there was some street noise at night.

Just a fine choice for a lightning trip in Hanoi with good value for money. The staff were extremely friendly, making check-in smooth and welcoming. Make sure to try the omelettes at breakfast. they're delicious!
