Super clean room, fast internet, good location, friendly staff, spacious suite.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We stayed at a hotel in a great location, within walking distance of some of the most iconic sights in HCMC, including the opera house which was only 300 meters away. There were plenty of eateries and tour offices nearby, making it very convenient. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and cheerful, and they spoke English well. We didn't have any difficulties communicating with them, and they were professional and courteous. we were very impressed with the staff and their service.

Great Location and Stunning Views

During our recent stay at the hotel, we were delighted to find that our room was located on a high floor, offering breathtaking views of the city and the river. Being close to downtown attractions made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Although the buffet breakfast had limited options, we found it to be satisfactory considering the hotel's 2-star rating. The room was clean, quiet, and the staff were friendly. With an affordable price and comfortable accommodations, we would definitely consider returning for our next trip. we had a positive experience at Saigon Hanoi Hotel.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of the city, with its great central location. You can easily walk to many places in District 1, making it incredibly convenient and accessible. The rooms are spacious and clean, with attention to detail. I loved having a small settee in the room, along with the comfortable 2 single beds. The jacuzzi was an added bonus, providing a luxurious touch. And to top it all off, breakfast is included in the rate, offering a variety of options to start your day off right.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short 10-minute walk to the downtown area and right down to Ben Thanh market. It's also conveniently located in District 1, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and spacious, with friendly staff that are always ready to assist. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel charges for basic amenities like water, which can be quite annoying especially when other budget hotels provide it for free.

Stayed here for New Year's and the hotel had some nice decorations and festive music playing in the lobby. the free Wi-Fi worked well, and the staff at the front desk were helpful with arranging transportation and recommending local restaurants. the location was convenient, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The room was outdated and not very clean. the bathroom had mold and the shower didn't drain properly, which was pretty gross.
