We loved being right on the beach, with a huge private beach and beautiful ocean views from our amazing room. The bathroom was beautiful and the staff provided excellent service, always friendly and attentive. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious cuisines, including Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Western. The facilities, including the large swimming pool and stunning lobby, were simply stunning.

The lack of poolside atmosphere was a disappointment, with no real music or entertainment factor.

What a fantastic Xmas break we had! the location was breathtaking with crystal clear waters and velvety sands that stretched as far as the eye could see. the luxurious accommodations were simply breathtaking and were more than we could ever have asked for. the beds were so comfortable that we woke each morning feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Our little ones had an absolute blast with the range of activities offered by the resort, including paddleboarding and bike rides. What's more, there were so many delicious options to choose from at breakfast, and the pastry selection was out of this world!

At times, we received far too much attention, which made us feel somewhat claustrophobic. we did notice that some staff members were working exceptionally long hours, which, we imagine, could have impacted the quality of service.

This hotel was a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that met all my needs. the service was exceptional, and the Spa & wellness center was a wonderful escape. the Swimming pool was relaxing, and the Jacuzzi invigorating. the beach access was convenient, and the Massage was soothing. I loved the beautiful Spa lounge and the Body wraps were heavenly. the outdoor dining area was perfect for a romantic evening, and the packed lunches were wonderful for a day out exploring the island. the location advantages were great, with the beachfront and pool with a view adding to the already amazing experience.

this was just a minor inconvenience and did not affect my overall fantastic experience.
