The restaurant's food selection was satisfying but breakfast could have been better. We encountered one minor issue during check-in, as the staff could have been more efficient.

Spent Xmas at a resort that felt like a luxurious spa! Had a wonderful time soaking in their hot springs, which were huge and had an amazing outdoor area. Enjoyed other spa treatments as well, such as the Ganban, and left feeling relaxed and happy. the villa we stayed in was spacious and the private outdoor area with two large hot springs was amazing. Loved the calm atmosphere and beautiful views from the room. And the staff were so friendly and accommodating!

The resort is located a bit far from the city and there isn't much around it. some information could have been clearer before our arrival, as we had some issues with hot water and electricity in our villa.

My recent stay at Kawara My An Onsen Resort was incredible. The resort has a calm feel and offers a luxurious resort experience. The onsen is huge, with an amazing outdoor area. I tried many spa treatments and left extremely satisfied. The villa I stayed in was spacious and had a huge private outdoor area with private onsens. The staff were friendly and the location was very good. The breakfast provided was also delicious. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.
