Lovely staff, quiet room, great location. Breakfast was decent. We stayed in 3 different properties in the area and this one was our favorite.

This hotel has the perfect location in the heart of the Old Quarter. We were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable information about money exchange, shopping destinations, and local SIM cards. The breakfast had a variety of options, including pho and a live station for omelets. We also loved the nice balcony where we could relax and enjoy a cigar above the noise of the city. The service here is top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the Old Quarter, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem lake. It is tucked away down a long alleyway, providing a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to the city buzz. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with spacious beds and well-functioning air conditioning. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a varied breakfast with both Western and Asian options. some rooms offer a beautiful balcony with a great view.

We had a fantastic stay at this fantastic hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. We were able to easily explore the city and visit all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The room was quiet and spacious, with all the necessary amenities like a mini-bar, in-room safe, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel offered a wide range of services, including room service, laundry, and airport shuttle, making our stay even more convenient. We were highly impressed with the level of service and comfort provided at this hotel.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to convenience stores and restaurants. The breakfast was good with a good variety of foods, but the pho and omelet station were the best. the staff was extremely helpful with SIM card setup and the room was clean and functional.

Despite the helpful staff, there were a few downsides to the hotel. The water heater was not sufficient to fill the tub, and the bathroom never warmed up despite the heat being on for three days.
